The fabric is significantly worn and fraying along the top of the backrest, the seat edges, and the lower back panel — they are in need of reupholstering and are priced accordingly. The wood frame itself is structurally sound with sturdy tapered legs and a cross-stretcher base. A great project chair with classic bones for anyone handy with upholstery. Purchased new around 1985.
