American artist Harold Altman (1924-2003) lithograph with raised seal in colors on paper . Markings: Numbered 66/285 in pencil. This piece is matted and framed in gold filet. The dimensions below are of the framed piece. The artist piece without theframe are approximately 20.5" X 27.5"
