The beautifully patinated brass frame is also decorated with hanging, bright decorations. The harmonious and balanced design language makes the k1 113/5 lamp both a practical and visually pleasing part of the interior. Idman oy was the leading lighting manufacturer in finland in the 1940s-1960s, whose designers included paavo tynell, tapio wirkkala, gunnell nyman and many other influential designers of the mid-century.
