Rare and highly decorative Mid-century era MGM Studios “Leo the Lion” Brutalist style Guardian Statues, originally used at MGM Studios as architectural accents. These striking stylized lions were positioned outside studio doors, traditionally placed as a pair to flank each entrance, serving as symbolic guardians inspired by the iconic MGM lion emblem.
Crafted with bold Art Deco–influenced lines and mounted on solid bases, the statues carry strong Hollywood provenance and represent a piece of classic studio history from an era that no longer exists today.
