Designed by Tito Agnoli for Poltrona Frau in the 1970s, this ottoman captures the essence of Italian modernism. Upholstered in supple, olive-toned leather, its clean lines are softened by an overstuffed, down-filled cushion that invites repose. Resting on discreet casters, the piece moves with ease—lending flexibility to its sculptural presence. Over time, the leather has developed a rich patina, a tactile record of decades of leisure.

Tito Agnoli (1931–2012) was an Italian architect and industrial designer who specialized in furniture and lighting. After graduating from the Politecnico di Milano in 1949 with a degree in architecture, he worked as an assistant to Gio Ponti and Carlo De Carli. From the 1950s through the 1970s, he designed for leading manufacturers including Arflex, Cinova, Oluce, Poltrona Frau, and Schiffini.

Condition: The leather is in great condition, with slight creasing throughout and minor scuffs due to age and use. Maker’s mark present along the underside. See less
