Izeren for De Genneper Molen as no. 327. This design is documented in the catalogue from the Genneper Molen (see last pictures. A striking table, executed in solid oak and enriched with bold Macassar ebony accents. The design is architectural and grounded, a piece that balances mass and refinement in a distinctly early modernist vocabulary.

The circular top rests on four powerful, rectilinear legs connected by a secondary circular shelf below, creating a harmonious rhythm of vertical and horizontal lines. The proportions are carefully considered: robust yet elegant, with a sculptural presence that feels both functional and quietly monumental.

What elevates the table are the dramatic macassar ebony veneers. These appear as a continuous band around the edge of the tabletop and as block-like accents at the ends of the legs. The deep, almost ink-dark striping of the ebony contrasts beautifully with the warm tone and visible grain of the oak, producing a rich graphic effect typical of high-quality Dutch Art Deco craftsmanship.
