Extremely comfortable gray leather armchair, sold with its matching ottoman and footrest, a very rare piece.

1970s edition.
Some normal wear consistent with the age of the set.
On the armchair, there is some wear to the leather on the two front corners of the seat and on the front of the seat, but no damage, holes, or tears.
On the ottoman, there is some minor wear and tear on the bottom of the base.

Everything is shown in the photos; the overall condition is very good.
The armchair swivels perfectly without any play or noise.
