glazed and hand-decorated ceramic sculpture depicting the bust of ludwig van beethoven intent on composing music, holding a sheet of music and a thoughtful expression. The sculpture is of high artistic quality, meticulously crafted down to the smallest details. Notice the beauty of the hands, with long fingers and perfectly rendered veins on the backs of the hands. The face is extremely expressive, and the jacket, tie, and shirt are beautiful. The sculpture is of good size and dates back to around 1950. The bust is signed on the back with the engraved signature "a. Borsato" and the wording "original" underneath, indicating that it is an original sculpture created by antonio borsato. Furthermore, under the base is the manufacturer's label.
