This chair has a graceful form and lovely lines. The top rail on the back is hand scalloped and has pointed ears, indicative of the period nature of this chair. The back is connected to the seat by a vase shaped back with a pierced heart under the fan.

The arms have a similar scalloped shape and bow appropriately. The arm height is 27.75 inches. The seat has been newly upholstered in a multi tone damask -like floral pattern.

The chair is supported on splayed legs in the back and cabriole shaped legs in the front, with hand carved knees and terminating in ball and claw feet.
