It … Read more This is a gorgeous Bartolozzi and Maoli Attributed ; hand carved solid wood table base of cattails and willows. It is done in the Tuscan style. This is an artisanal piece with a a light finish. This had a massive glass on top which had a chip but this can hold a tremendous amount of weight. The base is marked Italy with a number. According to AI Bartolozzi made a cattail and willow base as part of their Botanical series. If you look at their other pieces this has a similar finish. If you are local we have a beautiful glass for it. NO GLASS. MARKED ITALY WITH A NUMBER. NOMAKERS NAME. THIS CAN HOLD A SEVERAL HUNDRED POUND GLASS.

Condition: Solid with some small imperfections. A few of the tips of the wood have clean chips. Not very noticeable.
