An icon I have rendered before — and one that never stops obsessing me. That crumpled foil is as irresistible as it is iridescent — the colours reflected back in a vibrant spectrum. To me, the can is more perfect when it’s crushed. It becomes an interesting mirror, a piece of trash venerated and suddenly beautiful. Or maybe it’s just a tribute to a dirty habit.
