This exceptional antique Swedish copper saucepan is a masterwork of early 20th-century Scandinavian metalware. Crafted by the esteemed firm Knut Eriksson & Co. in Eskilstuna, Sweden, this pot represents a pinnacle of the region's historic copper-smithing tradition.
The saucepan features a heavy-gauge solid copper body with a hand-riveted cast iron or steel handle, designed for durability and superior heat distribution. The handle and the original lid are both clearly stamped with the maker's hallmark: "KNUT ERIKSSON ESKILSTUNA". The rim is precision-marked with "1 Lr", denoting its authentic one-liter capacity.
