Pair of Merton Gershon-designed faux bamboo and wormwood nightstands in the highly desirable and rather rare Bali Hi line, manufactured … Read more Pair of Merton Gershon-designed faux bamboo and wormwood nightstands in the highly desirable and rather rare Bali Hi line, manufactured c. 1950. Manufacturer number 5204 on the back. This line was produced in bleached, or blonde, mahogany and are solid, heavy pieces! I believe (note the over spray on the back) they have been painted at some point in the past, although the color is very similar to the original. While they are absolutely usable as-is, they are priced for a future restoration, as I am sure a true enthusiast would want them renovated. One front left bottom corner shows light veneer separation. Happy to provide additional photos upon request. Great condition structurally, but again, priced to make a restoration possible in the future.

Each stand is 20 1/4" tall, with legs 5 1'2" from the floor to the bottom of the body
