Decorated with the silhouette of a horse and rider within a shaped border. The horse's saddle is monogrammed NY - perhaps this plate was commissioned for a New York restaurant or club. Measures 11 1/8" diameter. Marked on the base Primavera France. This plate has a spray of scattered small pin sized dots over the white ground occurring in the kiln during the making - see photos.
