The piece has been preserved in its original form, with characteristic narrow, polished glass sides and a veneered frame typical of 1960s design.

It is a classic example of Polish utility design from the turn of the 1950s and 1960s, inspired by Scandinavian modernism.

A collectible piece of furniture.

The display cabinet has sliding doors and an internal glass shelf.

Impressive dimensions:

Hight with hangers: 50 cm + 2 cm.

Width: 125 cm

Depth: 35 cm

In the center between the glass shelves, each 22 cm high.

Good condition, solid construction, solid glass and a mirror on the back. Natural signs of wear consistent with age – without affecting functionality.

A unique example of Polish modernism – increasingly difficult to find. To reassemble the piece, simply start by inserting each strip of glass through the top cutter, as it is deep, and then insert the bottom of the glass into the bottom cutter.

The entire piece has been cleaned of dust and dirt, then resealed with a hard, eco-friendly wood oil. Ready for reuse. See less
