This is a gorgeous antique clear glass Hemingray No. 72 insulator embossed “HEMINGRAY – No. 72 – U.S.A.”. Produced by the Hemingray Glass Company of Covington, Kentucky in the early 1900s for use on telegraph and telephone poles. Classic double-petticoat design with internal threading. Shows natural bubbles and mold texture consistent with age.
