A charming pair of Louis XV style bedside tables. These two small bedroom pieces are distinguished by their meticulous construction in rosewood marquetry, featuring geometric patterns characteristic of the period. Each table is built around three spacious drawers with gilt brass handles, offering practical storage while maintaining a clean and elegant aesthetic.
The original marble tops lend a touch of refinement and solidity to these pieces. The tapered legs demonstrate high-quality French craftsmanship, with finishing details that reflect the attention to detail in their construction. The generous marquetry, combined with harmonious proportions, creates a coherent and balanced ensemble, typical of Louis XV style furniture.
The set is in very good overall condition with a natural patina that enhances its authenticity without requiring restoration. These tables are perfect for a classic décor.
