The design reflects the sophisticated language of French interior design from the late 1960s and 70s, when firms like Roche Bobois incorporated noble industrial materials—acrylic glass, metal, and glass—into pieces with a strong geometric presence and decorative character. The structure creates an interesting interplay of transparencies, depth, and warm amber reflections depending on the angle of the light.
