This was part of a bedroom suite from … Read more Small, three drawer mahogany chest of drawers or nightstand with marble top. This was part of a bedroom suite from the late 1800s which belonged to my grandmother. The marble top is not the original top and is not attached, but heavy enough that it stays securely in place. I also have 4 legs that the chest sat on which my mother had removed so that it is a better height for a nightstand. I think it originally was used as a washstand hence the higher height was needed.
