Offered is a charming set of hand-painted and burnished glaze vintage 1970s Tonalá, Mexico ceramic shot/sake/tequila cups and matching decanter. Jalisco Mexico, a province renowned for its earth-tone clay and the pottery and ceramic art created since the 1950s. This set is a soft gray beige base with a black bird on a branch with blue flowers on the front, a butterfly on the back, and a cinnamon colored rim. All images taken in natural daylight and are very true to color.
