The brooch features a tall, female character design in metal, textured and embellished with crystal rhinestones. The fashion figurine depicts a figural Diamond Lil, a character portrayed by Mae West. The fashionista figurine has curly, sterling silver hair; her long dress is bronze metal with texture, and she is wearing crystal rhinestone earrings, a ring, and a bracelet. There is a security closing clasp at the back, and an engraved, handwritten signature adds authenticity to the piece.
Measurements: 1 in wide (2.5 cm) by 3.32 in high (8.4 cm).

Sharon was a nationally accomplished artist and metal smith. She received her master's degree in metal smithing from Arizona State University and was the founder and owner of Studio S in Tempe, Ariz., which specialized in custom art and metal designs.
