A substantial, signed studio pottery lidded jar by American ceramic artist Adrian Sandstrom.
This large, hand-thrown stoneware vessel measures an impressive 13 inches tall by 8.5 inches in diameter and features a fitted lid with gallery rim. The surface showcases Sandstrom’s signature organic glaze aesthetic — layered movement, rich green/black gloss, subtle chartreuse accent banding at the rim, and a textured, bubbling motif that wraps the body in flowing bands.
The underside bears the “Sandstrom” signature.
This piece feels architectural yet functional — equally at home as a statement storage vessel or sculptural ceramic centerpiece.
