Signed and dated by the artist and imported from Hungary. Kovács Tamás studied at the Budapest Art Academy and has been featured in Hungarian MTV and Mucsarnok’s “Pixel Portraits” series. His work has been exhibited at the Ludwig Museum and Budapest Art Factory, and he has contributed to films including Vakondok and Moleman3.

The painting is a layered, abstract composition resembling a surreal landscape or psychological map. Muted earthy tones of olive, ochre, brown, and slate blue are structured into horizontal bands with jagged mountain shapes, stitched “X” details, and intricate textured patterns.
