This antique table from Italy … Read more An Italian wood-carved console table, with newer honed marble top, from the early 20th century. This antique table from Italy has a rectangular-shaped top with bumped out square profiled corners and a newer honed marble top recessed within its center. The apron is decoratively embellished with bronze/gold colored leafy vines about the front and each side, and framed rosettes at each corner. The table is raised upon four tapering and squared legs. The wood has a nicely aged patina throughout. The honed marble is white with grey veining. This early 20th century Italian table, just shy of 4 feet in width, is un-adorned at its backside, therefore best use would be placed as a console against a wall. See less
