Certainly made in Italy between the 1960s and 1970s, these pieces beautifully reflect the relaxed elegance and natural materials associated with coastal interiors. Each nightstand features a plywood structure entirely clad in tightly woven cane webbing. Sections of split bamboo canes frame the entire perimeter, securing and highlighting the natural fiber weave that envelops the pieces. The applied bamboo handles, used to open both the drawer and the lower door compartment, add an irresistible decorative touch and enhance their organic character. The bedside tables are in good original vintage condition, showing age-appropriate signs of use and wear. We have highlighted in the photographs some old paint marks present inside the drawers. A refined and authentic pair, perfect for a Riviera, Coastal, or Boho Chic interior. See less
