This rare pair of antique drinking glasses captivates with its exceptional surface treatment and the typical design language of Bohemian Art Nouveau. The glasses exhibit a striking crackle (craquelé) texture, created by quenching the hot glass in water. The iridescent finish gives the surface a pearly sheen that shimmers in rainbow colors depending on the angle of the light.

Of particular note is the solid baluster stem, decorated with applied knobs – a classic element of historicist glass art. Based on the craftsmanship and decoration, these pieces can be attributed to the renowned Kralik glassworks (Wilhelm Kralik & Son) in Bohemia.

Condition: Excellent antique condition. No chips on the knobs or edges.
