A 19th century French faux bamboo daybed and matching nightstand. Handcrafted of pine with carved cherry wood decorative trim. Large turned finials on the bedposts. Meant to be placed against a wall lengthwise. Nice faux bamboo pattern on the front rail. One piece of trim is missing from inside head board. Good sturdy construction. In four parts and easy to assemble with original metal bolts. Slightly smaller than a twin size and will require a custom size mattress. Nightstand has inset white marble top, a small dovetailed drawer and drop down cabinet door.
