This is a antique tribal rug featuring a deep indigo field anchored by three stepped diamond medallions in madder red and soft ivory. Each medallion encloses intricate geometric rosettes and stylized floral motifs, framed by angular ivory outlines that create strong architectural movement throughout the composition.

The field is richly ornamented with small-scale tribal symbols, star motifs, latch-hooks, and stylized plant forms, all crisply drawn against the saturated navy ground. Dramatic arrow-like corner elements and serrated forms give the design energy and balance. Multiple guard borders in red, ivory, and sky blue provide beautiful framing and rhythm.
