Large, hand-crafted, pink Murano scavo and iridato glass centerpiece. Made entirely by hand, this large piece features copper and manganese oxides or colloidal gold, embellished with a hand-applied hot-dip cord on the main body and the lower rim. This beautiful centerpiece has been acid-etched across the entire lower portion, from the rim to the base, while the upper portion features a particularly elegant and brilliant iridescent mirror effect, making this piece truly beautiful. The centerpiece dates to the second half of the 20th century and is unsigned, but is attributable to the Archimede Seguso glassworks, who often produced similar scavo vases in their artistic production. The vase is unsigned, but under the base it features a label from the shop that likely offered it for sale, namely "Nonna Maria, Capalbio," a gift shop in the province of Grosseto. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
