Iconic medea chair designed in 1955 by Vittorio Nobili for Fratelli Tagliabue and winner of the Compasso D'Oro at the Industrial design biennale in Milan the following year (1956). Curved plywood with ebonized back on a black metal base. Very good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
