Circa 1930s. … Read more This really is a Absolutely Beautiful - Very Fine Quality Vintage French Ice Tube Chiller Carafe. Signed CHRISTOFLE. Circa 1930s. It is Very Heavy ( Weighs 6 Pounds ) - Substantially Constructed out of Solid Cast Hard White Metal with a Thick - Heavy Deposit Silver Plated Surface. The Crystal ( Documented ) Can easily be Attributed to Baccarat. It has a Removable Crystal Tube that can be Filled With Ice - Hence "Chiller" Carafe - Pitcher. Note! That it is Also Perfectly Usable Without the Ice Tube. The Ice Tube has a Hand Turn Mechanism that Locks it Securely Into Place for Use. The Silver Plate is is Lightly Tarnished but is in Excellent Condition - Will Polish Up Beautifully for Generations. Note! that the Crystal Ice Tube Insert has a Old Inclusion on the Bottom but it is Still Perfectly Usable - See last Photograph in my Chairish Listing.
