The Rev. Dr. Virginia 'Ginny" Cohn Parkum (1943-2025) was a Harrisburg Pennsylvania resident dedicated to her art and serving her community. She was a multimedia artist who focused on abstract expressionism and a poet, and her art has been featured in galleries across the United States, Denmark, and Germany.

She received several awards for her paintings. She was named an Outstanding Woman in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Commission of Women in 1996, a study grantee at Dixon University Center in Harrisburg in 1997, an art production grantee at Metroarts Harrisburg in 1998, and received a grant from JumpStreet/Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts.
