Handsome vintage silver-plated wine bottle coaster featuring an ornate repoussé floral and scroll border surrounding a turned wooden base with concentric ring detail.
Substantial in weight and nicely constructed, this classic bar accessory adds traditional elegance to any table or bar cart.
The coaster previously had a protective lacquer coating which has been carefully removed, allowing the silver plate to be polished and maintained in the traditional manner. The wooden insert shows warm natural patina consistent with age.
