Finely executed hand-painted miniature portrait depicting Napoleon Bonaparte in military uniform with its original Empire Revival gilt brass frame with laurel wreath crest and velvet mount. Retains original silk backing with easel support and ring for hanging on the wall.

The original frame is intact with light wear and age-appropriate patina. The original velvet mount shows expected wear, however, the color remains strong. Original backing, easel and loop are still intact and in working order. Well-preserved example with attractive antique patina.
