Tall Lamp wood carved woman. Balinese Hand Carved Statue of a Young Woman with a Fish Wrapped around her waist. Beautiful details in the carving. While studying the carved statue you notice that fish is wrapped around the woman and has a cartoon like face wearing a crown.
This is a vintage Balinese-style hand-carved wooden lamp depicting a dancer.
This style of sculpture often originates from Klungkung, Bali, and is characterized by intricate details carved from a single block of wood.
This lamp has a three-light socket cluster. The center socket has a light twitch and holds a glass shade. The 2 side sockets are adjustable for different lighting positions and they feature individual pull chains for independent light control.
Measures 35” to the top of the socket from the ground. The platform wood base measures 9” x 8.5”x 5.5” tall.
