Elegant Early 20th Century European five-piece silver-plated tea and coffee service, comprising a coffee pot, teapot, covered sugar bowl, creamer, and large serving tray.

The service displays refined traditional European design with gracefully curved forms, scrolled handles, and decorative finials. The generously sized tray is beautifully engraved with scrolling vines and floral motifs, while the raised border features additional repoussé decoration and integrated handles.

Both the teapot and coffeepot are fitted with internal heat diffusers, a practical feature designed to help retain warmth while protecting the silver plate from direct heat.

Each serving piece bears a maker’s mark with a star cartouche and the number “25,” indicating quality European silver plating using approximately 25 grams of silver over a nickel-silver or copper base metal. The tray is unmarked but appears original to the set.
