A finely carved Chinese carnelian agate sculpture depicting two graceful immortal maidens (仙女) standing in flowing harmony. Each figure wears layered robes with elegant openwork carving that allows light to pass through the translucent stone, emphasizing its natural honey, cream, and russet inclusions.
One maiden holds a traditional round fan — symbolizing refinement and nobility — while the other presents flowering branches, representing prosperity and auspicious abundance. The natural color striations have been thoughtfully incorporated into the drapery and floral elements to enhance depth and movement.
Mounted on its original carved hardwood base with traditional scrollwork detail.
