Vintage revolving roll-top butter dish designed in the Victorian tradition with a dramatic roll-top dome lid with a deep fluted sunburst pattern. The lid glides back smoothly with a shell-motif handle to reveal a removable clear glass liner, perfect for serving butter, caviar, a mix of marinated olives or hors d'oeuvres.
The base is anchored by four ornate cabriole legs and finished with a classic rope-twist (guilloché) border. No maker's marks present.
To maintain the brilliant shine of the silver-plated finish, we recommend hand washing only and drying immediately with a soft cloth.
