This stylish piece was designed by … Read more Wonderful and extremely rare rectangular ceramic ashtray in the iconic glazed “Rimini Blu” color. This stylish piece was designed by Aldo Londi and produced by Bitossi in Italy during the 1960s. It is part of the “Flavia” collection and is signed on the bottom. In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The ashtray features the signature vibrant turquoise glaze with green accents, enhanced by Londi's distinctive hand-engraved geometric patterns and textures, giving the surface a dynamic appearance. The ashtray has a large rectangular form with two cigarette/cigar rests. The way the glaze shifts into different hues is incredibly captivating. A highly decorative and collectible piece, perfect for adding a unique pop of color to a mid-century modern or contemporary interior.
