This captivating hand-built sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist Kirsten Stingle is a masterful example of contemporary narrative ceramics. Featuring Stingle’s signature elongated female form, the piece depicts a figure seated within a stylized boat, carrying a delicate bird’s nest containing three small eggs. 
Stingle, whose background in theater informs her work, uses gesture and expression as powerful storytelling tools.
