This substantial 14.75-inch hand-thrown ceramic vase features intricate sgraffito carving through layered teal, cobalt, and earthen glazes revealing the rich terracotta clay beneath. The surface is deeply dimensional, with rhythmic geometric banding and a striking stylized bear motif — a powerful symbol of strength and guardianship in Southwestern iconography.
