The Pop Art book with laminated covers is published by Prestel - Verlag Munich, printed in Germany in 1992, edited by Germano Celant. It features a monograph survey of the Pop Art artworks of the artist Keith Haring.

Keith Haring ( 1958 - 1990 ) was an incredibly vibrant American artist and social activist who's artwork responded to the 1980's Street culture by expressing concepts of birth, death, sexuality, and war. Haring's work was often heavily political. His imagery became a widely recognized vivid and iconic visual language of The 20th Century. Haring's close friends and inspirational contemporaries included Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat, and Madonna all of whom he collaborated with in his lifetime. Artworks by Haring are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The rare out of print collector's Pop Art book measures 9 1/2" W X 12" H X 3/4" D, with 214 pages. It features 227 illustrations including 179 in full color.

It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age, use, and light signs of handling, and some light visible wear to the covers. There is 1 page with a publishers small folded tear in the page bottom margin area, and 2 index pages with a publishers small flaw lower corner folded edge.
