It features an ovoid body with an assymetrical cavern in the center- imbuing the piece with a subtle dynamism- all in beautiful translucent glass. Realized by one of the great glass artists of the 20th Century for the legendary ateliewr of Kosta Boda, this piece is sure to delight discerning collectors of first rate Mid Century glass as well as those with a penchant for exquisite objects. While it is a perfectly functional vase- ideal for presenting flowers- it is also an objet d'art in its own right that promises to add (more than) a touch of elegance to any surface that it graces. It is in excellent vintage condition. Signed "Kosta Warff" on the base.
