A rare Regency style faux alligator skin and brass mounted pine portable cellarette. It is from
England and the last quarter of the 19th Century
With a domed hinged top opening to a shallow reserve over a front fitted with six bottle slots, over a sliding long drawer, the sides with carrying handles. Faux alligator/crocodile and brass tack trim throughout.
14 1/2 inches high, 23 inches wide, 10 1/2 inches deep
CONDITION: With a nice dark patina; condition appears to be good with wear commensurate to age. A fabulous piece.
