The bird depicted is a Ho-o (in Chinese: Feng Huang) which represents fire, the sun, fidelity, justice and more, and is often called the Asian Phoenix. The red pigment used in the leaves is vibrant and eye catching.

The large tray measures approximately; 26.5 inches length, 18 inches width, 3 inches depth. The small tray measures: 25 inches length, 16.75 width, 3 inches depth. See less
