Good vintage condition with age-related wear. The wood and upholstery are sound. The fabric displays a patina typical of its age, which underscores its authentic character. (See photos for details.)

The upholstery underwent thorough wet cleaning with a water filter. The cleaning agent consists of plant-based surfactants. We cleaned and treated the wooden surfaces with specially purified linseed oil in combination with an odorless and residue-free hydrocarbon solvent. This method is recommended by restorers. See less
