Built in oak as a true refectory farm table, it features a thick two-plank top with beautiful grain movement and a richly timeworn surface that reflects generations of use. The softly eased edges and deep, light patina give the piece authentic farmhouse presence and quiet grandeur.
The base is supported by bold turned baluster legs joined by a full-length stretcher and raised on substantial trestle runners. The strong architectural stance and grounded proportions are characteristic of the Louis XIII aesthetic, emphasizing symmetry, durability, and rustic refinement.
