Made in England from high quality materials, this piece is especially collectible because of the size which can be used as a nightstand, side table or chest of drawers. English craftsmanship is seen in the butterflied burled walnut top with yew wood cross banding and chevroned stringing inlay. Four graduated drawers sit atop of four bracket feet and open to plenty of interior space and retain the original swan neck brass hardware and escutcheons. Chest has had some interior wood replacement to backs of drawers over time. In good condition, with signs of wear consistent with age and use. See less
