Satori Gregorakis (b. Long Island, N.Y., 1943-)
Satori is dedicated to the pursuit of beauty through the exploration and development of new ideas. His work is deeply influenced by the challenges of painting within the tradition of the old masters, shaped by his experience as an art restorer. At the heart of this process is the careful, deliberate preparation of the painting surface.
