It is crafted from durable porcelain and features a captivating blue and white motif using transferware techniques to depict an intricate “English Castle” theme. The central imagery is detailed landscapes of historical castles, bridges, and lakeside scenes on both sides of the tureen and repeated on the lid. This complete set of four pieces ensembles includes a tureen that stands 9” tall by 10 3/4” wide, a lid that is 6 1/2” long by 5” wide, the underplate which is 10 3/4” long by 7 1/4”, and the ladle which is 9 3/4” in length. Its functional design is built with an “easy-fill” wide mouth for effortless serving and features sturdy side handles for transport. This set is in excellent condition. See less
